- Soft/deep tissue manipulation, trigger point release, Myofascial Release, unwinding techniques, Craniosacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular techniques, neuro-mobilization, strain-counterstrain
- Stroke/neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, safety education and training, transfer training
- Chronic pain management such as Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, back pain (neck, thoracic & low back), Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD), Polymyalgia Rheumatica, arthritis
- Neck and shoulder protocols for tight/stiff muscles, trigger points, joint limitations, neck issues
- Upper extremity treatment such as rotator cuff disorders, ulnar nerve dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, hand impairments
- Lower extremity treatment such as hip and knee replacement, weakness and endurance training
- Pre- and post- rehabilitation therapy, Bell's Palsy protocol, TMJ treatment, osteoporosis protocol, assistive technology including medical necessity letters
- Ergonomic assessments and work site evaluations and training
- Exercise programs and fitness classes, individualized for each participant to increase wellness, fitness and health

Occupational Therapist
 Cheryl Keffeler has been an occupational therapist for 9 years, graduating from the University of North Dakota satellite program at Casper College in August 2000 with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. She then graduated from the University of North Dakota in May 2008 with a degree of Master of Occupational Therapy. Cheryl opened Central Wyoming Therapy in November 2006. She continues to advance her education by participating in continuing education courses in order to provide the best treatment possible for her clients. Currently, she is working on becoming a certified hand therapist. |
