Yoga


A no-impact class that focuses on achieving more flexibility, strength, energy, and balance. Each class, with the exception of the noon class, includes 10-15 minutes of relaxation.


 
Pilates


This class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced. The exercises in this class will teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine.
 
Yogilates


Can't decide which class to take? A combination of Yoga and Pilates makes this class the perfect choice!
 
Children's Yoga


This class is open to all children from birth on up! While assisted by parents, the children will develop more flexibility, strength, energy and balance. And it's fun!
 
Ball Class


AmyLearn the benefits of using an exercise ball to improve your flexibility, endurance, and overall core strength! This one hour low-impact group class is designed for all fitness levels and ages.
 
Spinning


The ultimate cardiovascular workout! Come test your endurance on bikes and get into great shape in the process!
 
Gym Equipment


Looking for a workout in a private and quiet environment? We have gym equipment in the Yoga studio available during business hours for a minimal fee.
